More Peak Oil from Kevin Drum

I mistakenly labeled Kevin Drum's series of posts on peak oil as a "three-part series" the other day, as parts 4 and 5 have since appeared. Part 5 is especially interesting as Drum not only correctly notes that we can't necessarily consider oil policy and energy policy as synonyms, but also lays out four steps to address our oil addiction. Dave Roberts has posted an excellent respone to Drum's post, and I think I'll take the coward's route of saying "Me, too" to Dave's analysis. I will say that I think that Dave's absolutely right in claiming that Drum's centrist approach, at the very least, has problems, one being that it tends to label all ideas as "reasonable."
