According to Arianna Huffington, that's the only way to characterize Dubya's energy policy. Huffington's always a great read, and I'd be laughing a lot harder if her essay weren't filled with such sobering facts. I guess Dubya and his buddies are applying that "imperial thinking" to energy -- making their own reality. That reality is putting the screws to the rest of us, though...
