I've just caught bits and pieces of the Senate Judiciary committee's confirmation hearings for Samuel Alito, and, as usual, have had to make sure I had coffee with me. Regardless, I imagine the hearings are likely to stay focused on the right to privacy and the role of the executive , so I'm glad Daniel has kept up on Alito's environmental record.
