Rob at Cleantech Investing takes note of SunPower's IPO on Thursday (which registered a 40% gain that day), and offers encouragement and caveats on the state of solar investment. Of course, non-silicon technologies are in development, and Rob predicts "pretty rapid market acceptance" of these new solar panels as demand continues to rise in 2006.
