Wow! Suddenly, Detroit seems to have gotten the message that Americans want hybrids as Ford announces a ten-fold increase in hybrid production by 2010. According to CEO Bill Ford, Jr., this mean that half of the company's models will have hybrid capacity at this point. Ford also plans to roll out new models in 2006 that will run "largely" on ethanol.
