Monkeysign also comments on why this is probably a good subsidy program, and why this particular approach to solar power is likely best suited to California's unique (and infamous) energy market. Gov. Schwarzenegger has pushed this initiative hard -- is it another sign that Ahh-nold's a truly green Republican, or should I maintain my "wait-and-see" posture? Harris...?
