The Ultimate Harvest

Via Straus Communications, a USA TODAY article on the community-supported agriculture movement with a particular focus on how it has proven a life-saver for many family farms. One thing that's not highlighted (or even mentioned) in this article is the proportion of these farms that operate on sustainable and organic principles. My perception is that many of them do -- am I correct?
