132 Mayors Embrace Kyoto Rules

Out of frustration over the Bush administration's foot-dragging on climate change, mayors of 132 American cites have formed a coalition dedicated to carrying out the Kyoto Protocol. This bipartisan group is taking a bigger step than governors in several states by actually accepting the terms of the international agreement rebuffed by Dubya and merry band of oil-and-gas buddies.
