Water Stocks are Attracting Investors

I've held on to this post from Trends I'm Watching all week because I think it denotes a "watershed," if you will, in the business of water. This could be a promising development that shows the market responding healthily to a growing need. Of course, it also could signify a growing trend towards water privatization. I'm not sure about which pony to bet on at this point, but I certainly know which one seems more sustainable...
