From the Alternative Energy blog, news that Argentine energy company Capex plans to study the feasibility of "a US$19bn project to generate 16,000MW of wind power to produce 13.3 million cubic meters a year of hydrogen." While AE blog's James notes that plug-in hybrid may be a better bet currently, it's good to see experimentation occurring with clean creation of hydrogen.
