From Cascadia Scorecard Weblog, a link to a Washington Post article discussing the economic benefits that may be linked to greenhouse gas regulation. I think this is yet another example of how government and the private sector can create win-win scenarios by tag-teaming environmental issues (and each of them sticking to what they're good at...).
