From Environmental News Service via Alternet, a legal victory for environmentalists in their battle with factory farms, or "concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs)" (Orwell's rolling in his grave again...). The 2nd Circuit of the US Court of Appeals has ruled that the Bush administration's approach to regulating water pollution from factory farms violates the Clean Water Act.
