Organic Growth

Adventures in Ethical Consumerism has two articles linked, along with commentary, on the growth of organic farming in both the UK and the US. I'm particularly glad to see that the US is looking to tighten up organic standards (as I mentioned earlier) -- "organic" should mean... organic!
