Unlike many bloggers, I'm not so good about using the "open thread" concept. With the Kyoto Treaty going into effect today, it seems like we should have lots to discuss, though. So, what do you think? Is Kyoto a watershed? A step in the right direction? A ruse that will do little to hamper global warming? Let's hear it...
