Getting on Track with Solar Power Development

From John Robb's weblog via Gil Friend, a link to Our Solar Power Future: U.S. Photovoltaic Industry Roadmap Through 2030 and Beyond. I've only been able to read the first few pages (it's in pdf), but it looks like the report really chastises the US for not fulfilling its promise in solar generation, considering the amount of R&D that have occurred here.
