World Bank Taps the Wind

From GreenBiz.com (via EcoPortal), news that the World Bank "will purchase renewable energy for all of its electricity usage at its Washington, D.C. office from WindCurrent, a Maryland-based company that sells wind power to the mid-Atlantic power grid." The article notes that this is part of the Bank's effort "to focus on sustainable development within the organization. " Hopefully, that focus will continue to extend outward to the projects it funds...
