Recapturing US Leadership

According to Joel Makower, the outlook for solar power is quite sunny, but Japan and Germany are currently leading the charge while the US lags. The Solar Energy Industries Association (the main US trade group) wants to change that, and Joel also has some suggestions for recapturing the US's primacy in this important area.
