Not a Children's Crusade Anymore...

Mother Jones' contributing writer Bill McKibben (the guy I'd like to be when I grow up) provides an encouraging overview of the growth of solar power use in the US. While it's still not as cheap as conventional power that comes from fossil fuels, McKibben notes "America is beginning to realize that the real cost of cheap energy is considerably higher.
