isn't global warming, globalization, suburban sprawl or poverty; it's water, according to a survey of experts by Canadian group GlobeScan (and posted by WorldChanging). As a former Las Vegas resident, this doesn't surprise me -- what does is that we still pay a flat rate for water here in the heartland. In other words, absolutely no incentive to conserve.
