since I hit the blog (cool guitar riff)... Yeah, a busy semester has kept me away, but Spring Break is here, and I'm finally feeling like a human being...

Great story from The Sacramento Bee on the economic effects of environmental restoration in Humboldt county, CA. Yes, that Humboldt county -- those commie peaceniks are ahead of the curve financially -- go figure!! According to the article, work directed at environmental restoration (begun in 1978) has produced 300 jobs and $14.5 million. So give peace a chance, love Mother Earth, and build that portfolio!!
