Howard Dean Presents Renewable Energy Plan

OK, OK, I'm stumping for my guy again. At the same time, I'm not aware of any of the other presidential candidates presenting anything nearly as comprehensive as Dean's plan for renewable energy development. Dean's plan is truly moderate, recognizing the environmental benefits of renewable energy while relying on the strengths of markets to bring these sources of energy into the mainstream. Not to mention the fact that every expert I've read points to renewable energy (and sustainable development in general) as a job creator...
